If as industry we all stay proactive, I believe 2008 will be a good year. We are looking to have another double digit growth year.
If your fence business relies on new home construction, you will find 2008 thougher than 2007. If you rely on a mix of commercial, industrial and renovation residential you will have na easier time of it.
Here in Central Florida, we are looking forward to an amazing year. Leads are at an all time high, more & more customers are requesting high margin vinyl fence. The slowdown in residential construction hasn't seemed to affect the regional economy as far as fencing is concerned.
